Infatuation - Derinus has decided that the Bronze Amazon known as Diana is to be his mate and will do whatever it takes to make that happen.
Loopholes - Knowing the rules about Erylusians being banished if they travel to Earth, Derinus finds ways around the system to pursue Diana.
Male Chauvinist Pig - Derinus believes that men are superior to women. As such, his idea of a mate is someone who will serve him, not be a partner to him.

Known Background: Derinus is the son of Adrestia (goddess of revolt, just retribution and sublime balance between good and evil), grandson of Ares and Aphrodite, and the self-proclaimed god of disastrous misunderstandings. He claims to wield the Sword of Ares and has set his eyes on Bronze Amazon as a mate.
