Complications:
Relationships - The twin brothers have lives of their own. Ming is married; Yao is happily single. When merged, however, their feelings get intermingled, making things interesting for roughly 24 hours after they have seperated.
Two in One - Luo Ming and Luo Yao live seperate lives unless called upon to merge. As such, each has the base stats until joined. If they are unable to physically touch, they can not bond together.
Vulnerability - If Lieutenant Luo has his molicules messed with (via teleportation, phasing, etc.), Ming and Yao default back to being separated and both are dazed. It will take two standard actions for them to be able to remerge together.
