Relationships - As a cousin (Lisa's sister's daughter) with limits on her abilities, Scatterbrain is often treated as the ugly stepchild of the Caporetta clan. She consideres herself lucky that they let her come to the family compound when everything went belly up in Nawlens.
Responsibility - Scatterbrain owes her loyalty to the Caporetta crime family and is therefore held accountable to their laws of conduct.
Distinctive Features - Val has the family trait that gives her one blue and one green eye.
Weakness - Scatterbrain takes +2 Damage from mental blasts. She also tends to temporarily lose levels of intellegence if she overuses her abilities. They do, however, return over time.
Arrest Warrant - Scatterbrain is wanted by local law enforcement agencies.
