Only whispers are known of the Phoenix Syndicate presently. Comprised of a large collection of previously independent villains, former mercanaries, more than one would-be-master villain, and the entirity of the former Natural Disaster, it is one of the largest villain groups known. At this point it is unknown if they are more of a team, or more of an organisation of villains. The only thing known for sure is that they are sure to be a force to be reckoned with.
