Tim Baker is unlike the other master villains in that he has no desire to rule the world. He just wants to be rich and is willing to pull off the big heists to do it. While he and his men are not parahuman, they are extremely well trained and are willing to do what it takes to get the big score that will set them up for life. He keeps a crew of twelve at all times. He has also, recently, decided to allow women onto his crew, which has led to him taking a wife.
