Hazard, Inc.

Hazard, Inc. was a trio of cousins who had joined forces to live a life of crime. Early in their career, however, the two Earl boys were caught and sent to prison. Rose, with the help of two goons for hire, attempted to break her cousins out of jail, only to be stopped by the D.C. Defenders. This was probably the best thing that could have happened to them, however, as they were put into contact with the Collectors and together the two groups formed the Collection Agency.
