Background: Sion doesn't know who he is or where he came from. He awoke on earth among the humans, literally not knowing who he was, having only very basic knowledge of humans. People in charge of aiding those injured in natural disasters found him and provided him with aid in establishing a life for himself. It took Sion months to deal with learning how to live with humans - though he didn't seem to have a problem with language. The name Sion Starr was based on two things, one was the location that he had been found - near the Zion Observatory after what had been one of the sudden thunderstorms that the desert has sometimes, and the star shaped birthmark on his left shoulder/chest. He discovered his powers not long after he got settled in his 'human identity'. One night, some street punks took a dislike to his too handsome face and tried to rearrange it. He had been very lucky he didn't kill them -- for he had lashed out in instinct. So instead of finding dead fried punks the police found nude unconscious punks. Sion had healed them but, alas, clothing wasn't something he had figured out how to heal at that time. And lucky for Sion the punks didn't remember him enough to give the police more information about him other then they jumped him and the last thing they saw was a very bright flash of light. |
