The earliest super heroes started appearing during the late 1930's. With the advent of the second World War, it was only natural that these super humans get involved in the conflict. They got involved separately, but over time they developed into a loose organization. They were involved heavily in fighting the axis supers who also had appeared.

The Allied Champions would not last as a group. Disheartened by the death of Galahad during late 1944, after VJDay in 1945 the group disbanded. Most of them, however would reassemble five years later as part of the Legion of Champions.
