Radke Ultra Security Penitentiary

The Rocky Mountains, Utah
Created by Kenn Hallaron

Built in 1981, Radke was the first technologically advanced penal institution built for super villain containment. The institution is built in the side of one of the Rocky Mountains. Surrounded on three sides by miles of mountain, the entrance is made out of a five foot Dhytainium steel door. Over 200 guards are on duty around the clock, armed with the most technologically advanced restraining equipment available. Ninety percent of the guards serve only a six month term within the facility, then transfer out to be replaced by a new set of officers. The warden, Elizabeth Ryan, is the only member of the facility to stay on continuously. Each jail cell is specially designed for the incoming prisoner to contain each of their individualist abilities. The penitentiary was named after the designer of the facility.
