Complications:
Alternate Identity - Jackson had assumed a new identity to cover the fact that he is very long-lived and it would be hard to explain looking so good at over 70 years old. He's in his late 90s today.
Relationships - Jackson loves his wife Daphne, daughter Valerie and baby son Victor very much. He has also gladly taken on the role of foster father to all of the Radio Ranch children.
Power Complication - Overuse of either Radiation Cleanser power will cause Jackson to himself become radioactive. This won't hurt him, but becomes a danger to those around him.
Out of Sync with Society - He spent nearly two decades in outer space, waiting for the radiation he absorbed from reactor meltdown to wear off. He is still adjusting to changes in society.
