Complications:
Near-Sighted - Elaine suffers from poor eye sight at long distances when not in her hybrid form and wears prescription glasses to correct it.
Enemy - Elaine hates Bernie Mason and Evette Wayne. She's not fond of Megaman either since he started undoing her work.
Eccentric Mad Scientist - Elaine believes that most non-parahuman heroes (and citizens in general) suffer from "power envy." She sees it as her mission to "balance the playing field" by giving people hybrid abilities if they want them.
Vulnerability - "Natural" therianthropes take damage from silver; but Madame Y's transformation is based on science, not the supernatural, and is therefore immune. Attacks with visual or smell-based descriptors, however, still get +2 to hit and +2 to effect.
